A Seamless Referral Experience
When you refer a client, your reputation is on the line. We treat every referral with the urgency and professionalism it deserves.
Path 2 Purpose provides California-licensed virtual and in-person mental health and substance use treatment for adolescents and adults across all 58 California counties. Our telehealth model removes geographic barriers, making us a practical referral option for clients anywhere in the state, including rural areas with limited access to structured outpatient care.
From the first phone call, our admissions team coordinates directly with you: verifying benefits, scheduling assessments, and keeping you informed with appropriate releases in place.
Who We Serve and Who to Refer
Path 2 Purpose is a strong clinical fit for clients who need more support than weekly therapy but don’t require residential or inpatient care.
Appropriate referrals include clients experiencing:
- Anxiety and chronic stress
- Depression and persistent low mood
- Trauma and PTSD
- Mood disorders
- Substance use concerns
- Co-occurring mental health and substance use
- Step-down needs following detox, residential, or hospitalization
- Step-up needs when weekly outpatient therapy isn't enough
We serve adults and adolescents, including professionals, college students, working and stay-at-home parents, and young adults struggling to launch.
Levels of Care Available to Your Clients
Every level of care includes one-on-one sessions with therapists, medical providers, and case management.
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Our highest level of outpatient care. 5 days per week, roughly 6 hours daily. Ideal for clients stepping down from residential or needing intensive daily structure.
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): 3, 5 days per week depending on level of care, roughly 3 hours daily. Structured support that works alongside work, school, and family life.
- Outpatient Program (OP): 3 groups per week. Continued clinical support for clients maintaining progress.
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): Medical support for substance use recovery, integrated with therapy and case management.
